I believe I have out-done myself with this new spec:
Inqui'sentam
Your buff's will include;
Spiritual Protection, Armour of Devotion, Heroic Blessing, Courage of the Eagle, Vengeance of Frozen earth, Heart of the frozen sea. These alone add 90 Endurance, 3% to crit, 40 Wisdom, snaring any target that strikes you in melee and magic resits.
Rotation is as follows:
Spiritual Def, Luminous Gaze, (Impede +Vex), (Fanatisicm + Sanc H), followed by this macro:
#show
suppressmacrofailures
cast Jolt
cast Fated Blow
Cast Life's Vengeance
cast Lightning Hammer
cast Massive Blow
cast Crushing Blow
I am still working on the macro at present, I have only just discovered the spec and am looking to gain the most burst damage from it.
The "Inqui'sentam" is built for Bursting targets and stacking Crit, with 917 SP, 651 Sp, 939 AP, 673 Phy crit, self buffed this provides me with a decent enough platform to make the spec work. Include Insignia of the Deep for 440+ crit to take me to 41.5% crit rating, +5% from INQ tree +5% Luminous gaze, and +3% from Armour I have a 15second burst of 54.5% Crit chance.
Why focus so much on crit you may ask? Well if any of you canny Clerics have noticed I have used all three Critical Bonus damage multipliers in each soul. Giving me an additional 60% damage on all crits!
The above rotation with my setup will go something like this on the Target:
The way in which this works is by de-buffing you target first, the first two openers Spiritual Deficiency will increase your magic damage by 7%, and Luminous Gaze will increase your crit chance by 5%. Not a bad start.
Following this is a slow with vex. By slowing your target you put them at a dissadvantage in a WF, especially if they are melee orientated, as you can kite them until you have finished with your opener. If they arn't melee, then the vex heal dots will keep you topped up whilst you close the gap.
The next step is the first part of your burst. Fanaticism + San heretic for me will hit for atleast 1.5k. What this does is panic you enemy, as well as keep a high damage dot on them. What it ALSO does and is important, is that (any critical hit ability) will proc Jolt. Now close the gap on your target and spam the macro. Jolt is almost certain to be up and for me can crit for 1.2-1.5k. Your target is atleast 3k health down by now not even including the dots! Typically you will not have taken a scratch up to this point if you were clever.
Whilst this can keep most opponents on the floor and respawning, there are some that are quite pesky. For this there is some added surviveability:
#show healing Breath
Cast Glacial Shield
Cast Glory of the chosen
Cast Healing Breath
The shield will give you a few seconds time to get in that heal before you get face melted, and at the same time cause damaged to any attacker. If you are truly in trouble then having healing breath last in the macro will assist in topping you up, or when GotC has not proc'd.
Also some may notice the lack of a PvP soul... and may therefore regard this as a pve spec. Well it certainly has that potential and is something I will be looking into as a raid damage dealer. However I find the heals out weigh the loss of the Templar soul.
Other utilities:
You will also have a chance for an insta BoD to proc, after your sanction heretic. If it does soo, you can generally say hello to a one-shot! -No joke!
You gain a Fear and a knockback, a purge to take away important enemy buffs.
Ageless ice, also help to gain back that mana loss that most people associate with the Inq.
More information to come, and hopefully a preview video of the class.
To keep you waiting, here is a Cabalist preview PvP video I made earlier ;]
